Vermillion Township, OH (January 25, 2021) – A crash reported on Friday evening in Ashland County left several people injured, according to reports. On January 22, the police, firefighters, and EMS responded to the scene of a vehicle collision on US Route 30.
Reports from authorities show that a 59-year-old driver was traveling through an intersection on US Route 30 and Ohio State Route 511 when their vehicle crashed into a second semi-truck. The impact of the crash sent the two trucks into a Lexus, which was stopped at the intersection.
The drivers of each vehicle sustained injuries. Two victims were transported to local hospitals for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
