Bath Township, OH (January 10, 2021) – A driver lost his life following a motor vehicle accident in Bath Township on Friday. At around 10:45 p.m., on January 8, emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Ghent Hills Road.
Reports from authorities show that a crash involving motor vehicles took place on Ghent Hills Road at the intersection with Bath Road. The crash caused significant delays in the area. Firefighters and Ohio State Highway Patrol worked to secure the area and clear debris and vehicles from the roadway.
Two people involved in the accident were transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries. Authorities confirmed that one person involved in this accident, a 19-year-old male, was killed in the accident.
At this time, investigations surrounding the cause of the collision are underway with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
