Fulton, OH (September 19, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident in Fulton Township left one man with serious injuries. At approximately 7:40 a.m., on September 18, the police, firefighters, and medical personnel responded to the scene of an accident on County Road J.
Reports provided by authorities show that 25-year-old Samuel Phillips was driving north on County Road 3 when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck at the intersection with County Road J.
Phillips was injured in the accident. He was extricated from his vehicle and transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck, 31-year-old Scott L Morris, was critically injured in the accident. Morris was life-flighted from the scene of the crash to an area hospital for treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
