Cleveland, OH (September 26, 2020) – A truck accident reported in Cleveland on Thursday morning claimed one man’s life. According to reports, 62-year-old Daniel Ripepi was driving on Interstate 480.
While traveling down the road, a westbound dump truck struck a highway sign near State Road, causing the sign to fall down onto Ripepi’s vehicle.
Ripepi was killed instantly as a result of the incident. Crews secured the area and declared the victim deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
